College requires a different type of studying than high school. Learning how to study can actually save you time and reduce your anxiety.

You may like suggestions on one or all of the following topics:

• Ways to organize a time-management plan
• Techniques for improving memory and concentration
• Techniques for effective note taking
• Methods of studying
• Strategies for taking tests
• Computers to help with vocabulary, speed reading, analogies and review for the GRE

You may come to The Learning Center and pick up a weekly schedule, semester planner or a brochure on learning strategies.
