Membership in the Wayne College Alumni Association requires at least 30 credit hours at the College.
The Alumni Association supports the College students, faculty, staff and alumni in various ways. The recently created Wayne College Alumni Scholarship has assisted students financially as they strive to reach their academic goals. Click here to find out more about this scholarship.
The Wayne College Alumni Association offers a new Wayne College Distinguished Alumni award in conjunction with The University of Akron's Alumni Office.
The Wayne College Alumni Board is beginning preparations for its inaugural Distinguished Wayne College Alumni Award presentation. The Distinguished Wayne College Alumni Award will be presented on May 9, 2008, during the Wayne College Graduate Recognition program. Do you know a Wayne College alumnus who:
- has shown leadership in the workplace and community;
- deserves the respect of University of Akron Wayne College alumni as well as both present and future students; and
- maintains a continuing interest in Wayne College ?
If so, you may wish to nominate him/her for this prestigious award. Please take a moment to complete the nomination form and return it to the Alumni Office by December 14, 2007.
Nominations are held for two years.
