| Biography:
Cathy began her Wayne College career in April 2000 as Administrative Assistant in the Office of Academic Affairs, though she is also a Wayne College graduate (we won't mention the year). Her duties include maintaining the personnel files and payroll data on all part-time employees; tracking all open job searches and working with search committees; and acting as a liaison with the Human Resources department in Akron.
Cathy lives in Wooster and has two grown boys. The eldest is a computer science graduate of The University of Akron at a bank in Cleveland and her other son is working toward a computer science degree. Attending The University of Akron runs in the family as Cathy also is working on her master's degree in human resource management.
