Wayne
College has 30 full-time faculty, 15 of whom hold doctorate degrees.
The average full-time faculty member has a master's degree plus 20
semester hours of additional coursework and 12 years of teaching
experience. The student-to-faculty ratio is 12 to 1 with an average
class size of 18 students.

issues of the Spellings Commission Report. The
results of that brainstorming are included here.
