To use the VCR/ Projector:

* Must follow steps in sequence for successful operation of equipment

1. Power ON the rack with the main power switch
2. Power ON the projector with the projector remote
3. Place video tape in VCR and press PLAY
4. Video on both the preview monitor in the rack and on the screen should be visible
   • If not visible on screen - press the input mode button on the projector remote
5. Adjust the volume with the volume button on the preview monitor
   • If a squeal or feedback sound occurs before or after a video tape playing, adjust the TASCAM knob to 'min'
6. View the video tape

After video:

1. Power OFF the projector with the projector remote (a statement appears on the screen asking you to press power again if you want to shut projector OFF, press power a second time and the projector will shut down)
2. Power OFF the rack with the main power switch

To use the laptop connection:

* Must follow steps in sequence for successful operation of equipment  

1. Connect external mouse, if necessary, and power supply to laptop
2. Power ON the laptop with the power switch
3. Allow the laptop to boot up completely
4. Plug the VGA connection cable into the laptop
5. Power ON the rack with the main power switch
6. Power ON the projector with the projector remote
7. Allow the projector to power on completely
8. Press the INPUT button on the projector remote , top right corner of the screen will display INPUT-A
9. Send the image to the projector with the following keystroke
   • DELL - 'Fn' key and F8
   • GATEWAY - 'Fn' key and F3
   • IBM - 'Fn' key and F7
   • MICRON - 'Fn' key and F12

After presentation:

1. Power OFF the laptop
2. Disconnect power cord and external mouse from the laptop
3. Power OFF the projector with projector remote ( a statement appears on the screen asking you to press power again if you want to shut projector OFF, press power a second time and the projector will shut down)
4. Power OFF the rack with the main power switch
