To use the
VCR/Projector:
- Power
ON the projector with the power button on the remote control
- Power
on the VCR with the power button on the VCR
- Press
the video button on the remote control
- "Video" should
appear on the SmartBoard indicating the video mode is selected for
input
- Place
a video tape in the VCR
- Press
Play
- The
video is projected onto the SmartBoard
To
use the Document Camera:
- Power
on the projector with the power button on the remote control
- Power
on the lights on the document camera control panel located below
the document camera arm
- Press
the camera button on the remote control
- "Camera" should
appear on the SmartBoard indicating the camera mode is selected as
input
- Adjust
light, focus and zoom from camera control panel located below the
document camera arm
- The
document camera displays on the SmartBoard
To
use the computer:
- Power
on the projector with the power button on the remote control
- Power
on the computer and allow the computer to boot normally
- Press
the RGB button on the remote control
- "RGB" should
appear on the SmartBoard indicating the computer mode is selected
for input
- Select
the software program by double-clicking on the icon
- Proceed
as normal with computer materials
- The
computer display is projected onto the SmartBoard
To
switch between multiple modes of input (VCR, computer, document camera):
- Press
the appropriate button on the remote control to access the proper
input mode OR press the input button on the projector.
