To use the podium:

1. Power ON the podium by pressing the main switch located on the bottom left side of the podium
2. Touch the panel to activate
   
3. Touch MONITOR
4. Select the device you wish to view on the monitor from the list of buttons
5. Select activity from the FRONT PAGE panel
6. Power on the projector with the handheld remote control
7. Select the appropriate projector mode with the input button on the handheld remote control

To verify the projector will display the chosen device:

**Each input device has a different input mode on the projector therefore when switching input devices the projector mode may need switched by using the handheld remote control.

1. Select the input device for the monitor
2. Select the same input device on the FRONT PAGE menu
3. Press the input button on the handheld remote control to locate the appropriate mode
4. The projected image will match the monitor image when the proper mode is located
